Easter Egg Hunt
March is here! Easter Sunday is just around the corner. The church is preparing for an Easter Egg Hunt for all the little ones to enjoy on that Sunday. We are in the process of collecting plastic eggs and goodies so that the children have something to hunt for. All contributions are welcome! Please deposit your donations in the church kitchen in the box or container labeled Easter Egg Hunt.

SATURDAY, MARCH 29
Help for Senior Parishioners of the Church of St. Clement
Economic Stimulus Payment Assistance

One of our parishioners, Michael Montante, a CPA, has volunteered his time and resources to help seniors receive the payment they may be due under the Economic Stimulus Act of 2008 passed by Congress this winter. All people with social security numbers and at least $3,000 social security benefits or other earned income qualify. There could be between $300 and $600 per person refund. To receive this refund, a tax return must be filed this year, even if you normally do not file. Michael is a CPA and has offered his expertise, on Saturday, March 29th, from 10 AM to noon, he will be in the church parish hall to assist those seniors who would like to file.

Please contact Ellen Shreve to reserve a spot. Ellen will be able to tell you what you need to bring.

This is a free service to senior parishioners in the hopes that a portion of refund received will be donated to St. Clements Church.
