| October 30, 2009 St Clement's Spooktacular Halloween event. Starting at 6 pm the event is fun and family friendly. Please plan to attend and bring some friends. We also need help to make this event happen so please sign up to get involved. 1.volunteer to decorate 2.volunteer to set up, serve or clean up 3.volunteer to bring a dish 4. volunteer to help with children's activities Details on each of these items is below. Please drop me an e mail and let me know how you can help! Thanks in advance! Ruth Kidd RNRKIDD@aol.com 1. VOLUNTEER TO DECORATE: Decorations will go up the night of the event starting at 3 pm. If you can come to help out from 3 to 5 pm or 4 to 6 pm to get the decorations in place, that would be terrific. 2. SET UP: We will be preparing the main course so we need some help from 4 to 6 PM with cooking. We will also need help with final set up and food prep from 5 to 6:30 pm. SERVE: From 6 to 7:30, we need some people to help keep the food stocked and to bus tables. CLEAN UP: From 7:30 to 9 pm we need volunteers to help with clean up. many hands make light work!! 3. BRING A DISH: We are going to cook the main dish, but we are potlucking the salads and desserts. If you can bring a salad (fruit, green, cut vegetables, etc) or a dessert please send me an e mail and give me some idea of what you will be bringing so I can be sure we have enough of everything. 4. HELP WITH THE CHILDREN'S ACTIVITIES: I have a few ideas but am open to suggestions. have a great game? Like to do arts and crafts? do you play music? Do you like to dress up and tell stories? let me know!
