The Church of St. Clement is an Episcopal parish in mission to:

Share the Love of God

  • by experiencing God's love and letting that love inform and enliven our lives.
  • by accepting God's love and expressing it as acceptance of all we meet.
  • by sharing our lives with each other in our community of faith.

We share our love of God most visibly by caring for, supporting and encouraging each other. Our mission of Sharing the Love of God is the foundation of our reason for being.

Spread the Word of God

  • by communicating the Good News of Salvation in the community.
  • by saying with our voices and hearts that we believe in the Risen Christ.
  • by spiritually nurturing those who worship with us.

Worship is our way of expressing our deep love for God. We invite others to worship with us to Spread the Word of God. We are committed to find new ways of communicating the word of God in our community.

Serve the People of God

  • by working in the community where the need is greatest.
  • by opening our building, our hearts and our lives for the service of others.

Through Serving the People of God, we become a community of faith in action.

The Church of St. Clement proudly proclaims its identity as a welcoming, friendly, and diverse congregation. A parish where the community celebration of the liturgy energizes our work for social justice and equality. We are a church where gathering at the table of the Eucharist is central to our understanding of ourselves as a community of faith, and where all believers are welcome as we work together to expand the family of God.
